Required Documents of Baby Passport
Prepare the following documents before visiting the immigration office:
- The original “Birth Certificate” of the baby (and a photocopy)
- The original and a copy of each “Parent’s MyKad” (identity card)
- “Baby MyKid” (optional but recommended)
- A completed Passport Application Form (IM.42) is required.
